Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and LATTIXE LLC, doing business as Steelyard Systems ("Steelyard Systems", "we"). By claiming a website or using our services you agree to them.

The service

We build, host and maintain a one-page website for your business, register a domain for it, and provide missed-call text-back and the content edits listed on our site.

Trial, price and billing

Claiming a site costs $0 today. A payment card is required to claim. Your first 14 days are free, and if you cancel before they end you are never charged. After the trial your card is charged $147 per month until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice by email, and by text if you have opted in to texts. You can cancel before a change takes effect.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time from the Manage billing link in any receipt, or by emailing support@steelyardsystems.com. Texting CANCEL stops all text messages to that number and also starts cancellation, which we confirm by email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for. There is no cancellation fee. We do not refund partial months unless the law requires it.

Your domain and content

Your business content is yours. We register a domain for your business and pay for it while you are a customer. If you cancel, we transfer the domain to you on request. We do not charge for that. The only possible cost is the registrar's own transfer fee. We keep ownership of our page design, templates and hosting platform.

Reviews and listings

We display public reviews and listing information about your business. You confirm you have the right to let us display the content you give us. Tell us if you want any review or content removed.

Text messages

Text messaging from us is optional and governed by our SMS Terms. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

Missed-call text-back sends messages from your business, under your business's name and number, to people who called you. It is registered with the mobile carriers under your own business before it is switched on, which usually takes two to three weeks. You are responsible for using it lawfully.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful, misleading or harmful content, or to send unsolicited messages. We may suspend service for violations.

Disclaimers and limits

The service is provided as is. We do not promise a particular number of calls or jobs. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law rules.
